I have so many thoughts running through my head, I need to just get them organized and learn patience.  In October I start my patient care technician training at the hospital.  My goals are the same as they have always been, I want to go from PCT to BSN to MSN.  A Ph.D in Nursing will give me more options as far as teaching goes, so that is something to look into.  I think my end goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner and work with Doctors without Borders and then go into teaching and a small practice... or maybe something completely different in like an hour....  Whatever happens I feel like I am on the verge of something.

I really would love a hot cup of coffee that was not pecan flavored.
